Job Description
- Assist the Store Manager to oversee operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability.
- Assist with rostering efficiently and cost-effectively to match business needs and sales
- Supervise and train the team in accordance with the company's DNA
- Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
Job Requirements
- Preferably Diploma in Hospitality or related fields
- Minimum 1 year managerial experience in F&B – cafes/ restaurants/ similar capacity
- Passionate about service and people
- Good team player and self-motivated
- Willing to work on weekends/public holiday
Compensation
- Working days: 5 or 6 days/ week
- Working hours: 44 hours/ week
- Location: Sunset Way
- OT Allowance
