Job Description

- Manage Sales data including using OA applications like W365 Business Central, Salesforce and others applications.
- Create/Maintain/Update of Weekly and Monthly Sales forecast management sheets or any ad-hoc reports by using applications and EXCEL
- Submitting Report and Communicating with Japan HQ for any ad-hoc request promptly
- Coordination between Sales and other departments (Update on AR list, Maintenance Renewal, Project management sheet, etc.)
- Maintaining customer master data in Business Central (BC)
- Perform general sales administration and support sales activities.

Job Requirements

- Diploma/Degree holder
- Good operating skills of Windows applications.
- Positive thinking and keeping up-to-date with current technologies.
- Good team player, interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.
- Passionate, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skill in Japanese to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and/or customers
