Job Description

- Assist and follow to manage Sales representatives including using OA applications like W365 Business Central, Salesforce, Market and others applications.
- Preparation of meeting materials for reporting to our Management (Weekly, Monthly, Ad-hoc requests)
- Handle incoming emails, mail, and other material
- Perform general sales administration and support sales activities.
- Support preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and document.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements of our Executive.

Job Requirements

- Diploma in Business studies/Administration/Management/sales & marketing or equivalent
- Good operating skills of Windows applications.
- Positive thinking and keeping up-to-date with current technologies.
- Good team player, interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.
- Organized, good time management and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skill in Japanese to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and/or customers
