- Contract administration
- Monitor and follow up with clients on project contracts, purchase orders, and other related documents
- Review the contract document and ensure contractual conformance, including payment schedules, claims and terms
- Liaise and manage communication with clients to resolve disputes or issues
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Proficiency in MS Office – Excel and Word
- Good communication and written skill
- Meticulous, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
