Today, they have more than 2000 subscribing customers including banks, retail & entertainment centre, warehouses, factories and other commercial establishments.

Job Description

- Receive and attend to customer’s enquiry, feedback and complaints.
- Analyze customer’s request, complaints, channel to relevant staff for follow-up action, and ensure all cases are attended to promptly.
- Monitoring and report on Customer survey and feedback.
- Organization of company’s functions and community activities
- Preparation, explanation, negotiation, monitoring and maintenance of Security Services Agreement.
- Attend to and manage customers’ request for Rate Reduction.
- Managing tenants of multi-tenanted buildings including incoming and outgoing tenants, promotion of the service to the tenants.
- Assist in quotation, work order processing request from Sales department
- Follow up on long outstanding invoices with customer
- Implementation of customer service and appreciation program
- Develop, implement and monitor suitable activities e.g. Seminar, Bowling events and program to reward, build rapport and provide value-added service to the customers
- Development and maintenance of customers' data for implementation of feasible customer service program in the ERP systems.
- Visit to existing customers’ to solicit feedback and to promote new service to customer
- Digital marketing service support:
- Maintenance and monitoring of Web-site
- Development and setting up of Digital marketing platform to existing subscribers and business associates.
- Responsible for overall safety performance when executing daily works

Job Requirements

- Diploma in Computer/ Mass Communications/ Business Studies.
- Proficient in computer function, application and software
- Ecommerce skills and knowledge
- 2 years relevant working experience as a Customer Service Executive.
- Knowledge and application in Customer Relations Management.

Compensation

- Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
- AWS
- Bonus (depends on company performance)
- Annual leave: 12 days
