Job Description

- Ensure the KPI meet and excellent core client relationship management
- Build and develop relationships with key accounts contacts
- Manage and maintain pipelines, respond to requests for information in a timely manner and remain proactive and responsive to prospective customers
- Study the market inclusive, but not limited to competitors, carriers and manufacturers/customers to be updated on market trends, fluctuation, change etc.
- Timely response to the Tenders/RFQs
- Coordinate air & sea freight pricing requirements.
- Work with company local and regional product teams on port-to-port rates and local charges. Where necessary negotiate rates with air and sea freight carriers.
- Effectively interact with other departments including, the account management, operation & logistics teams, and finance department
- Other tasks duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2-3years of key account management in Freight Forwarding
- CargoWise Knowledge is an added advantage
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

- Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm (on standby after office hours to attend to urgent events including but not limited to weekends)
