Job Description

- Responsible to develop and maintain a vibrant community within the company's shared office.
- Develop and review annual marketing and sales plans.
- Conduct, plan and improve marketing activities and sales related processes.
- Plan and host/co-host events for the shared space.
- Develop and nurture leads through communication with community members and potential clients including providing shared office site tours when needed.

- Enhance customer experience including handling customer related issues, conduct SOP and service level guidelines.
- Gather information and provide opinions about all aspects of lifestyle business.
- Support research projects and support management for company's business success.
- Conduct daily operations and ensure space environment is operational, functional, and comfortable.
- Other operational duties include working with facilities vendors, supporting accounting to manage monthly invoices and expenses, review and improving space's service.

Job Requirements

- Good communicator with the ability to build strong business relationships and empathize with people's needs.
- Experience in community management or customer centric management is preferred.
- No experience but having a good interest in Japanese culture is welcome to apply.
- Highly motivated and willing to take on multiple responsibilities at once.
- Able to deal with problems and present recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Quick learner and able to work in fast paced working environment.
- Able to speak Japanese language is an added advantage to communicate with Japanese clients.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and basic IT skills.
