Job Description

- To develop internal quality audit parameters for all departments
- Plan and carry out internal quality audit for all departments
- Prepare and submit audit findings to Management Representative (MR)Track and follow up on closure of correction and preventive actions
- Review and revise ISO/SOPs manuals as and when necessary
- Assists in external ISO audit
- Manage recruitment from sourcing to on boarding, confirmation and resignation
- To create, review and update HR SOPs and policies
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Assists in special projects
- Ensure that the office has the resources needed to remain productive. This involves coordinating the repairs on any office equipment that is malfunctioning or preparing and submitting requests for new equipment when necessary.
- Manage and maintain data in spreadsheets and reports up to date
- Carry out administrative duties including answering phone calls, arrange meetings etc
- Provide clerical and administrative support to all departments, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Higher Nitec / Diploma in Human Resource or Quality Management
- ISO 9K and 45K Internal Auditor Certification or equivalent with strong knowledge of control procedures
- Good knowledge of prevailing HR practices and legislation
- At least 2 years or more relevant experience in Quality Management and Admin/HR functions
- Results-oriented, organised, meticulous with good problem-solving skills, resourceful with high initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Should have active listening and communication skills
- Possess abilities to work with all levels of people

Compensation

- Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
- AWS
- Bonus (depends on company performance)
- Annual leave: 12 days
