Job Description

- Provide administrative support to daily operations work
- Administer Order Processing duties, including data entry and updating of records to system
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of measurement and installation works based on existing procedures and customer requirements
- Coordinate with relevant Departments in daily deployment of trucks and drivers
- Assist in Vehicle Scheduling
- Prepare drawings with/without using CAD software
- Coordinate between different departments and sub-contractors to ensure order fulfilment and proper documentation and billing
- Prepare full of documents including costing before passing over to other departments for processing
- Perform verification of sub-contractor billings
- Handle office administrative work like filing and scanning
- All other job duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Possess at least a secondary school GCE “O” level or Diploma equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in admin co-ordination
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets
- Comfortable with Numbers and Technical Drawings
- Familiarity with Singapore roads will be an advantage

Compensation

- Monday to Friday 6.30am - 3.30pm & Saturday 6.30am - 10.30am / Tuesday to Saturday 6.30am - 4.15pm
