Our client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.

Job Description

- General Ledger
- Prepare monthly provision/closing journals by end of 1st workday
- Monthly closing activities and COPA/TDD allocation
- Generate reports e.g. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, 3D PL
- Assist to prepare budget for new financial year
- Assist to prepare and upload budget information for new financial year in SAP
- Maintain proper filing system for monthly GL journals, and management reports
- Prepare quarterly GST submission
- Review monthly logistic cost billing
- Prepare monthly accrual entries
- Liaise with logistic provider for invoices and reports
- Accounting Control
- Prepare Balance Sheet Analysis
- Accounts Payable
- Process G&A Invoices
- Provide administrative support to accounting department
- Support the accounting team in month end, and year end closing activities
- Any other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting
- Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Preferably with experience in SAP


- Working hours: Monday – Friday: 9am to 5.30pm
