About Company

Our client was established in 1997. A wholly owned subsidiary of a major chemical company in Japan. They produce Super-Pure Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonium Hydroxide for the semiconductor industry.

Job Description

- Report to the Administration Manager
- Assist in maintaining the necessary EHMS, QMS registers and overseeing of all IT and IT related matters.
- Observe all EHS procedures and ensures strict adherence to EHS rules and safety regulations
- Prepare and process the distribution of salary, bonus, and increment timely
- Work with recruitment agencies to source for candidates and implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor registration issue
- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software
- Handle insurance-related issues and keep records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal
- Plan and coordinate various welfare activities
- Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters, documents and certificates as per the requirement from employees
- Liaise with all government agencies such as MOM to ensure adherence to compliance
- Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality
- Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database)
- Assist to investigate and resolve grievances or queries
- Check expenses and reimbursement
- Prepare and submit IR8A and IR21
- Manage staff training (sourcing, booking, and recording) and ensure the compulsory courses are attended before the expiration dates
- Manage the evaluation system by liaising with the vendor
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Any Ad-hoc duties as requested.

Job Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in business, management, human resource discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR administration and office management or facility management (including IT network support)
- Possess payroll working experience
- Good knowledge of local legal requirements preferred
- With good disposition and professionalism
