Job Description

- Collaborating with Account Executives and Solutions Team to strategize and execute team sales.
- Independently engaging in prospecting and relationship-building activities to build pipeline and drive business with both new and existing clients.
- Delivering compelling demonstrations and use cases to influence executive-level decision-makers, addressing objections and aligning value proposition with their business strategy.
- Partnering with the WFM Solutions team with the LOBs in shaping the GTM approach, marketing materials, product roadmaps and industry artifacts.

Job Requirements

- Preferably 5 - 10 years experience in the WFM domain or selling these types of solutions.
- Experienced Salesperson or as a senior leader in similar industry is preferred.
