- Work directly with clients to define project approach, specify requirements, and review milestone progress.
- Understand client operations and business objectives.
- Build positive relationships with clients and explore additional project opportunities.
- Developing software applications (gather requirements, system designing, in-house development/manage development of offshore development IT vendors, testing/debugging, and deployment of new systems).
- Maintain and develop technical documentation.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct training to end-users for assigned systems.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
- <System & Operational Support>
- Provide technical support for systems-related setup, issues and queries.
- Work with the IT vendor teams for maintenance, troubleshooting, identification and resolution of system issues.
- Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with new and existing technologies.
- Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with business users and monitoring of IT systems performance.
- Occasional after office hours and weekend support is expected.
- Min Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent working experience
- The candidate should have the following hands-on experience:
- Windows Server OS (AD, DHCP, DNS) and Linux (Redhat OS)
- Familiar with iOS or Android
- Programming Language: ASP.NET, Java, C/C++, C#, PHP, etc (at least one)
- Database: Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, etc (at least one)
- Logistics: Warehouse Management System, Electronic Data Interchange, etc
- ERP: SAP, In-house ERP systems, etc
- Network Management: Cisco Routers, Firewall, Switches, PABX, etc
- RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
