ClosedOur client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.
- Attend to walk-in customer query, take in repair set, reply email to vendor report
- Perform checking on the status of customer spare part order
- Create delivery order
- Resolve complicated / escalated issues.
- Follow up on walk-in customer's enquiries, requests and feedback
- Minimum GCE ‘O’/ ‘N’ Level, with 1 – 2 years’ service center or relevant experience in frontline customer service support functions
- Candidate with no experience is welcomed to apply
- Computer-literate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work overtime
- Able to start immediately
- 5.5 days work: Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm; Sat 9am - 2pm
- Transport allowance: S$100 -S$120 per month
- AWS & completion bonus
- Medical and dental: uncapped for medical, dental at $250 per FY
- AL 14 days, Company holiday 3.5 days
- OT Pay
