ClosedOur client is a casual Italian dining concept, with more 30 stores in Singapore, more than 1000 in our home country of Japan, and about 400 locations in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
- Plan, develop and implement effective marketing communications campaign
- Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur
- Undertake detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
- Assist in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular references to pricing, presentation and promotion
- Receive and report all customers related complaints / feedbacks
- Document all complaints into the Customer Feedback Database, reporting and seeing through to completion
- Escalate all unresolved issues/complaints to Area Managers/General Manager
- Explore ways to better the customer experiences through improved service delivery
- Analyze and report on sales performance and other useful information to the Management for its decision-making
- Other duties assigned by the company
- Diploma/Degree in Business related studies or equivalent.
- Self-starter, proactive, effective problem-solving approach, well organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to start work within short notice is preferred
- Relevant working experience is an added advantage

- Annual leave will be 14 days (1st year. Consecutive years plus 1 day, max 21 days)
