- Responsible to develop sales strategy, planning and implementation
- To identify sales opportunities, generate sales leads and develop new business market to grow and maximize company's profit and share.
- To build a healthy pipeline of leads and ensuring self-discipline on sales methodology, CRM and forecasting.
- Presenting company's products and value to potential clients.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by company.
- A recognized Diploma/Degree
- Sales experience in chemicals and associated industries is preferred
- At least 4 to 5 year of sales related working experience
- Familiarity about Japan market is an added advantage
- Good communicator, driven and motivated
- Committed, sales oriented and high sense of responsible
- Knowledge about AI or Machine learning is an added advantage
