Job Description

- Responsible for sales’ accumulative annually and quarterly targets in APAC
- Develop Go To Market strategy and maintain Value Realisation Services pipeline
- Create new opportunities by evangelizing the solutions to new customers and stakeholders. Mines the installed base for new opportunities
- Tailor and expand the solutions to fit specific customer requirements based upon customer's strategy and directions
- Focused on Service only sales in Services portfolio, including Consulting Services, Training Services, and Adoption Services in subscription and transaction form
- Proactively manage pipeline and drive sales with a view to exceeding annual targets
- Become the Subject Matter Expert on company solution implementations and act as a "go to" person for the APAC sales team for solution implementations
- Engage with prospect customers to position the offering through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data

Job Requirements

- Min 8 years of selling and customer management experience in the IT industry
- Significant Contact Centre Domain expertise
- Understanding current technologies and IT related infrastructure and business challenges
- Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal relationship
- Vertical expertise in one or more of the following: Telco, Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, Outsource, Travel, Utilities
- Proven experience in selling solutions and services to domestic, regional and global accounts (high touch with VP / C Level experience)
- Technical understanding of Services and Maintenance terminology, technology and practices
- High-level technical skills & fast learning curve of product & application
- Tailor and expand the solutions to fit specific customer requirements based upon customer's strategy and directions
- Build good working relationship and cooperation with APAC sales/presales organization
