Job Description

- Assist in Human Capital related administrative duties
- Maintain Employee Personal File
- Prepare Company Letters
- Administer new staff onboarding administration
- Process all work passes (WP/SP/EP) applications and renewals in a timely manner.
- Administer internal and external training for all staff
- Assist to administer staff welfare and engagement activities
- Monitor staff confirmation and contract renewal
- Assist to prepare Organization Chart
- Ensure compliance to MOM standards
- Provide support in new improvement projects
- Perform general duties such as:
- Collect and distribute mail on daily basis
- Order stationery and drinks for the department
- Revise Company Phone Directory
- Process department expenses invoice timely
- Manage department contract register

Job Requirements

- Minimum Diploma with at least one year of relevant experience.
- 1 year of related work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Meticulous to details and well-organized
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle high volume task
- A team player with positive attitude
