ClosedOur client is one of the most established and leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of Electrical Equipment in the Power Generation, Transmission and Distributor Industry.
- Liaise with relevant supplier for required documents for submission.
- To disseminate information, receive from supplier / client for checking and forward action.
- Keep track of submission documents and following up on submission status
- Performing administrative tasks such as submission and scheduling meetings, etc.
- Assist to prepare procurement request form and following up with internal department on the status of request.
- Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF editing software and compilation software.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Monday - Friday 8.30am-6pm and first Saturday on every month (8.30am-12pm).
