They are a global leader in the detailed engineering, fabrication and construction of offshore FPSO (floating production storage offloading) and FSO (floating storage offloading) topside modules as well as onshore plants and other sub-sea products for the oil and gas industries, They have yards spanning across Singapore and Malaysia, with presence in the Philippines, China and Brazil.
- Manage the IT Helpdesk hotline and incoming mailbox
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT related issues whenever possible
- Logs and assigns tickets to respective Engineers
- Assist with IT Procurement
- Assist with IT Asset Management
- Assist with liaising with IT vendors
- Be responsible for any other duties being assigned by the Superior
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Adaptable to fast paced work environment
- Able to work under pressure and finish assigned work on time
- Excellent written and good communicative skills; able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
- Working hours: Mon-Fri: 8am to 5.30pm
