- Attend to phone calls and emails enquiries
- Handle internal & external customer requirements
- Order processing, issuing of Delivery Order, invoicing
- Liaise with customers/forwarder on delivery matters and review of customers’ orders
- Any other ad-hoc duties assign
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ levels, Nitec.
- Mature and hard working with pleasant personality
- Independent and self-motivated
- Possess good communication skills
