Job Description

- Creating and sending of invoices to customers
- Make duplicates of delivery orders and invoices, customers PO
- Sorting and filing of invoices and delivery orders
- Printing of credit notes. Printing of SOA and send to customers.
- Sorting and filing of credit notes
- Attend to customers request for CTC copy of invoice, DO, credit notes
- Keep record of when invoices are sent to customers (using scanner)
- Receive and record COD collection and submit daily to Accounts Department
- Record and submit proof of backcharge expenses against salesperson to HR
- Assist to key daily sales transaction from retail outlet
- Assist to create credit notes for retail outlet on exchange of items or return of items
- Scan DO (chop & sign) into shared folder

Job Requirements

- GCE ‘O’ level
- Meticulous
- Relevant experience in sales admin / sales support is an advantage
