Due to business growth, they are looking for dynamic individuals to join the organization.

Job Description

- Responsible to HR administration functions and office management
- Handle on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Handle leave management. Aware of overall employees' attendance, monitoring and manage leave record
- Manage employees' inquiries pertaining to HR policies and procedure
- Maintain office discipline
- Oversee ticketing and visa administration
- Oversea business travel transportation and accommodation arrangement and coordination
- Upkeep for office maintenance
- Review and update office policy and SOP for office administration
- Handle employee welfare/recreation activities (monthly/festive celebration, D&D, team bonding, etc)
- Handle office purchases (requisition) - printing, stationery, pantry, etc
- Handle license renewal, annual operational fitness certificate and keep track, etc
- Any other task assigned by superior from time to time

Job Requirements

- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
- Diploma and above qualification
- Good communicator, meticulous and responsible
- Positive and hardworking
