Job Description

- Manage full spectrum of HR functions; talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations and welfare, performance management, general HR administration and more
- Drive HR policies and initiatives to support the company’s development and growth
- Develop HR projects to improve productivity and efficiency
- Manage incentive scheme
- Ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures within the local statutory requirements
- Provide advice to department managers on disciplinary matters, takes charge on grievance cases
- Manage company apartments for Expatriates
- Perform any other duties, tasks & projects as and when assigned by Management

Job Requirements

- Candidate must possess minimally Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/HR management or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Sound knowledge of labor regulations and practices in Singapore
- Good communicator, meticulous with strong organizational skills
- Highly adaptable to fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Times Software (e-HR system) is a bonus
- Hands-on, task oriented with good mentoring skills
