Job Description

- Assist in the upkeep of records, which includes but not limited to the organizing, updating, filing, and scanning of documents and drawings
- Perform data entry as required by the department such as the ISO data sheet, materials, weight report, etc
- Manage and track the distribution and flow of all materials
- Follow up on the system approval such as for the e-timesheet, overtime request form, daily job card
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and prepare minutes
- Verify project claims against datasheet
- Update external manhours

Job Requirements

- Min O level
- Min 1 year of experience in admin role
