ClosedOur client is a global die casting organization with manufacturing facilities all across the world. It is a MNC that specializes in multi-slide zinc, conventional zinc, aluminum, and magnesium die casting.
- Reporting to HR manager with 2 other HR peers
- To review and update HR policy manuals/handbook and drafting of procedures in line with the Company’s business objectives and local law and regulations
- To identify gaps, proposes and implement changes where necessary.
- To ensure that changes or updates in HR policies and procedures are communicated to all employees
- To oversee Social, Labor and Ethic compliances matters and to ensure that all reporting and records are organized and kept in order.
- To provide monthly HR updates with supporting periodical analysis of HR processes.
- To conduct internal audit on HR procedures and processes
- To assist in maintaining management system (ISO9001, etc) framework for the organization, including conducting periodical internal audits on manufacturing & quality processes to ensure internal processes meet intended requirements
- Maintaining the company safety and health matter with safety certification
- Any other duties to be assigned due to by Supervisor.
- Exposure to a precision manufacturing industry in a similar role will be a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in HR executive role on compliance
- Degree or related professional requirement in HR management
- Trained and familiar with local MOM Safety and WSH regulations
- Good communication skill at all level of the organization
- Knowledge on Unit4 system preferred
- RBA trained or certified will be a plus
