Job Description

- Payroll processing & CPF submission
- Perform HR tasks such as recruitment, work permit application
- Update & maintain HR records such as personal particulars, training
- Prepare monthly reports such as leave records, employment statistics
- Perform administrative tasks such as purchasing, insurance & medical claim
- Perform any other administrative & HR tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

- Minimum Diploma in any discipline or Certificate in Business/HR
- Able to speak in Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking workers
- Candidates with no payroll experience will be considered for junior position

Compensation

- Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm
- AWS + variable bonus
- Annual Increment

- Company bus transport provided at various pick up points in Northern & Western Singapore
