- Responsible for the Quality Assurance and Continuous improvement.
- Coordinating of maintenance schedule of CQC system at customer site.
- Managing matters pertaining to Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001.
- Ensure all SOP such as QM, QP, WI, Forms and Control Plan are accurate and adequate.
- Leads/Involved in the externals and Internal ISO9001 audits or required audits.
- Review with stakeholders to draft and / or assist with new QP and WI.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure appropriate process models and system workflows are documented and developed.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings in improving processes that support the Business and Quality Objectives
- Documenting process improvement suggestions, assist to list requirements and workflows for respective project/programs
- Follow up with Shiba Productivity project/programs with respective owner if project has been approved on action item to be completed and update Shiba Productivity leader periodically
- To review completed Productivity project/programs with respective owner in respect to the objective/target set to achieve and possibility of other improvement
- To conduct, arrange and ensure maintenance of CQC/Purifier system is completed according to schedule list.
- To raise purchase request for item related to CQC system
- To respond to customer on CQC/Purifier system
- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor
- Minimum Diploma (Engineering / Faculty background is preferred)
- Preference relevant experience in ISO system, Internal and Customer Audit
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Develops, maintains, and updates of QMS documents, with the expectation of continuous improvement over time.
