ClosedOur client incorporated in Singapore back in 1999, that positioned themselves as a Mechanical and Electrical Integrated Specialist that providing M & E Engineering Services and Facilities Maintenance, for residential, institutional, industrial, commercial, upgrading and other infrastructure development projects.
- Analyse tender document and review tender specification requirement
- Prepare costing for tender
- Prepare budget and breakdown based on drawings and document
- Handle tender clarification, fill in technical data, schedule of rates etc and submission of tender.
- Follow up on tender submission status with client
- Liaise with suppliers / vendors / sub contractors for quotations
- Prepare tender quotations including taking off, subcontractors outsourcing and costing
- Work out cost estimation or budgetary cost on Electrical Services preferred
- Submission for Progress Claim
- Prepare for any VO submission
- Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior or management
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working experience in construction sector
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
