ClosedOur client incorporated in Singapore back in 1999, that positioned themselves as a Mechanical and Electrical Integrated Specialist that providing M & E Engineering Services and Facilities Maintenance, for residential, institutional, industrial, commercial, upgrading and other infrastructure development projects.
- Manage full spectrum of HR Administration support within the HR department
- Oversee the overall day-to-day HR operations and functions
- Manage and review employee handbook , company policies and operation procedures
- Process monthly payroll and prepare payroll reports timely and accurately
- Prepare of Salary calculation for resignees
- Submission of CPF
- Employee Insurance
- Process tax clearance and government claims i.e. IR8A, IR21, NS claims, Childcare and Maternity claims, Paternity etc
- Oversee of MOM work pass application, renewal and cancellation (S pass, work permit, E pass, Dependent pass)
- Oversee of employee training
- Liaise with Recruitment agencies
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience in construction sector is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
