- Employee on boarding and off boarding
- Maintain and update employee data
- Process tax clearance IR21 and IR8A submission
- Process government claims included NS claims, childcare, maternity, paternity
- Oversee work pass application, renewal and cancellation
- Training and development
- Process worker payroll
- Employee Insurance
- Recruitment filtering process and advertisement
- MYE application
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Minimum Diploma in HR or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in construction/engineering sector
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
- 5 days per week, 9am to 6pm
