- Handle regional and local compliance, regulatory and AML matters
- Develop, maintain and implement AML and other compliance programme and controls, in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements
- Handle day-to-day AML compliance related matters, including AML/KYC check, AML alerts handling
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business, IT, product and operational unit and external stakeholders such as consultant, counsel and regulators in regard to the compliance and licensing matters
- Conduct research on the new crypto related regulation, and provide compliance advice to management and relevant business units
- Deliver in-house compliance training
- At least 3 years or above relevant experience working in a Financial Institution. Experience in a digital asset/crypto firm is a plus
- Sound knowledge of MAS AML and regulatory compliance related guideline
- Good interpersonal and communications skills; Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin in order to liaise with counterparts
- Strong passion in the crypto space
- AML specialist certification with a recognized association will be taken as advantage
- Sound knowledge of the digital asset regulation is a plus
