Our Client, an International Relocation Services established its first office in Singapore in the period of 1980. They have been rapidly expanding into Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Japan, The United Arab Emirates and most recently in Vietnam.
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Data entry and filing
- Providing administration support to operation departments
- Arranges for Moving Job with each residences management office.
- Assisting with Sales dept. cordination and arrangement.
- Assisting with accounting dept. and data entry.
- Other duties as assigned
- No experience is required; training will be provided
- Familiar with Microsoft Office & Excel
- Good communications skills
