Job Description

- Managed changes in the CEP delivery process
- Scheduling of IPG & ESG gases delivery
- Conduct Tool Box meeting
- Ensure team adhere to current legal requirements and ensure compliance
- Carry out investigations into all the accidents and near-miss incidents for Logistics and record the findings on the relevant forms
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work & project
- Review and update the ISO documents
- Liaise with supplies for leasing of a vehicle, ordering part and equipment
- New purchase and/or scrap (Vehicles & Delivery Equipment)
- Conducted training and evaluations for new and current drivers (theory)
- Ensure all Checklist / Evaluation fulfilled
- Participate in carrier management processes, such as selection, qualification, or performance evaluation.
- Discern the difference between various steps and processes recorded on a flow chart
- Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, training and safety records. (Includes leasing vehicles details, logistics employees details)
- Continuous Improvement Plan for Logistics
- Perform any other duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements

- Diploma in Logistics Management
- An understanding of Logistics operations
- Preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience in the gas or chemical industry
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics Management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
