Job Description

- Responsible to lead admin and HR team and oversee the day-to-day HR operational processes and general administration services.
- Handle the full HR operational duties effectively and efficiently such as recruitment and payroll.
- Liaise and collaborate with the Japan HQ staff.
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

- At least 8 to 10 years of HR and admin experience and 2 to 3 years of managerial experience.
- Office operational management experience is an advantage
- Proficient in written and spoken Japanese to liaise with Japanese native counterparts.
- Experience in a Japanese company is advantageous.
