Job Description

- Prepare Purchase Order/Letter of Intent
- Request quotations for cost comparison & Catalogue submission
- Data entry – Materials purchased
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- GCE 'N', 'O' level
- Minimum 2 years of order processing experience especially in PO
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill with a pleasant personality
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice an added advantage
