Job Description

- Manage full spectrum of HR functions; Talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations and welfare, performance management, general HR administration and more
- Drive HR policies and initiatives to support the company’s development and growth
- Develop HR projects to improve productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures within the local statutory requirements
- Execute performance appraisal, merit increment, promotion and bonus exercise
- Provide advice to department managers on disciplinary matters, takes charge on grievance cases
- Lead and mentor Executives in their day-to-day operations, as needed
- Lead and manage company apartments for Japanese Expatriates
- Perform any other duties, tasks & projects as and when assigned by Management

Job Requirements

- Candidate must possess minimally Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Human Resource management or equivalent
- At least (7) years of relevant working experience, with at least 1 year managerial experience
- Sound knowledge of labour regulations and practices in Singapore
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate with Chinese speaking workers
- Good communicator, meticulous with strong organizational skills
- Highly adaptable to fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Times Software (e-HR system) is a bonus
- Hands-on, task oriented with good mentoring skills
