- Conduct training needs analysis
- Develop pedagogically sound curriculum and recommend suitable learning strategies and solutions (AR, VR, MR, e-Learning etc.)
- Develop treatment studies and storyboards in consultation with subject matter experts
- Collaborate with content development team to develop interactive content with media assets such as videos, animations, games etc.
- Perform courseware testing before delivering to users
- Conduct user training and evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions
- Conduct WSQ courses
- Help out in marketing activities and demonstrations
- Build rapport and relationship with clients
- Min Degree in Education, Psychology, Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Engineering or related qualifications
- Candidate with no experience is welcome to apply, training will be provided
- Possess ACTA (DACE is highly preferred)
- Strong command of English
- Experience in instructional design, training, curriculum development
- Experience with authoring tools and learning management systems
- Interest in training tools and technology
- Meticulous, eye for detail and design, pride in delivering quality work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Passion for learning
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills, not limited to ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and solve problems.
