- To perform Microbiological Testing (media preparation & results tabulation), Environmental Monitoring & Equipment Swabs
- Plant hygiene control & factory checking.
- To perform QC check such as microbial check, sensory, & visual checks on raw materials and all finished products produced by the seasoning manufacturing line.
- To do in-house verification/calibration on the equipment.
- To maintain QC laboratories.
- To assist in the running & maintenance of quality & food safety systems (HACCP, SQF & FSSC & other requirement from customers) & its documentation.
- To assist the department director in their manufacturing Section, QC Section, R&D Section, assist the Management as and when being assigned work.
- Any other work as shall be assigned by the Company from time to time.
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Nutrition or related field
- No work experience required, but working experience in food industry before is an advantage
- Strong interest in seasoning application and development
