The company offers a variety of products including seasonings, frozen foods, processed foods, beverages, sweeteners and amino acids for the consumer market as well as the catering and food processing industries. Apart from its marketing and sales activities locally, the company also performs vital functions to support the Group’s global operations, such as the procurement of flexible packaging materials, chemicals and raw materials, the provision of logistic solutions, and developing new businesses in the region.

Job Description

- In charge of all office administration related matters
- Responsible for maintenance of office facilities
- Place orders for officer suppliers and manage vendors
- Register vendor’s invoice in SAP system for approving and payment process
- Maintain and manage vendors’ contracts
- Monitor and process licenses renewal
- Assist in insurance renewal and coverage for company vehicles and group insurances
- Handle insurance claims as and when require
- Lead the welfare committee to organize various company events
- Provide full range support in HR duties including recruitment, orientation, coordination of all training and educational activities.
- Assist in recruitment process and conduct new staff orientation
- Monitor staff claims and leave applications
- Update and maintain staff records
- Prepare work plan schedule and correspondences as required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned as and when require

Job Requirements

- Minimally Diploma in Business Administration/Human Resource/Management
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
- High level of integrity, responsible and reliable
- Good understanding of work processes with the ability to initiate best practices
- Able to organize, priorities, multi-tasked, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Hands-on system experience and skills
- Self-starter, highly independent, while being an effective team player
- Efficient and effective
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
