Their Singapore office is the regional HQ, providing comprehensive global and local communication services to companies developing their businesses in the region including Singapore, by tailoring services according to the characteristics of each region.

Job Description

- Work as a member of the corporate IT department and carry out some corporate IT / IT security / IT infrastructure projects
- Work with regional entities to deploy new IT solutions mainly planed by Headquarters
- Coordinate with internal teams/third parties/vendors for execution of projects
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the IT person in charge and relative staff

Job Requirements

- Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT, Math or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the IT industry
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure security networks (Deep knowledge and technical knowledge is not must)
- Bright and positive attitude to build relationship with different stakeholders.
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Japanese language to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders is a plus
- Willingness to travel overseas when required
