Our client is involved in retail sale of skincare products headquartered in the US. They develop skincare products using penetration technology from the US to address various skin issues

Job Description

- Acts as customer support between company and customers
- Reply inquiry from customers regarding information of the company products (via Facebook, Instagram, Email, Whatsapp or any relevant social media platform)
- Communicate and pass the correct information to the customer
- Always follow up with potential/ existing customer regarding the products inquiry/feedback
- Attain customer feedback after they purchase the products for a certain time
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

- Comfortable in using digital platform for communication purpose
- Possess strong network/solid experience in beauty industry
- Possess experience in E-commerce operation for beauty products
- Able to read and write Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with Chinese customers
- Able to work on weekend will be added advantage

Compensation

- Working hour: Mon to Fri 8:30 -5:30
