Job Description

- To canvass new possible opportunities consistently from referrals or existing clients for more new or recurrent sales opportunities.
- Understand Customers’ requirements and provide a comprehensive security solution to protect their premises and assets
- To comply with Singapore Police Force requirements and regulations for Security
- Maintain good rapport with all existing customers
- Conduct cold-calling for generating leads to convert to sales.
- Submission of signed contracts and documents via our electronic submission portal “Pronto-form”
- To track individual’s targets on a regular basis so to ensure required targets are met for the quarterly.
- Manage existing customer’s post-sales issues promptly in a professional way.
- Assist customers with technical, billing and other account related enquiry and follow through all enquires independently
- Always maintain professionalism carrying company’s brand
- outdoor sales 50% & cold-calling 50%

Job Requirements

- Min. N / O levels with good computer skills
- Min 2 years face-to-face frontline sales experiences (Outdoor Sales Executive positions preferred).
- Willing to travel across Singapore to meet with customers to sell
- Attended Basic Security licenses courses will be a plus
- Must possess can do attitude in meeting KPI set targets
- Provides an exceptional customer experience each and every time
- Some technical background of electronic sales / security equipment is a plus
- Has a passion for wanting to know how things work and results oriented
- Fast learner in learning new skills, product and technical knowledge
- Shows tenacity in finishing, especially in the face of resistance
- Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish
- Strong idea of industry technology and trends

Compensation

- Working hour: Mon-Fri 8.30 to 5.30pm
- 14 days AL
- Commission up to 2x of basic (details to be shared to successful candidates)
- Transport mileage claim – capped at $800
- Other incentives – $60 (Mobile claim)
