- Assist the course consultant in relationship management
- Assist the course consultant in customer service
- Indoor sales: introduce the product (courses) to the new customers
- Student registration
- Update clients’ information and support the teaching team
- Poly diploma or equivalent or higher
- Possessing professional knowledge and skills relating to relationship management will be an added advantage
- Having good Chinese communication skills, including both speaking and writing to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
- Highly responsible and earnest, able to work under pressure
- Patient and love to communicate with people, Eager to learn
- Weekend Work is required (Off-days are on weekday)
- Communication after working hour is needed and is compulsory
- Basic salary $1,600/month+ Commission (Overall will be $2,400- $3,200/month as depending on sales performance and commission involved)
- 5 working day per week (offday on weekday)
- Working hours: 35hours/week, required to work on weekend
