Our client was established in 1906, started Pharmaceutical business and later venture into Chemical, Textile and Electronics sectors. The company has offices spreads across Asia Pacific, Eg. Japan, China, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia and Singapore.

Job Description

- Responsible for Order Management
- Placing order, including order management through the manufacturing channel
- Receiving order, including adjustment for delivering time through liaising with clients
- Make sure client order delivered on time
- General support for sales activities
- Issue necessary documents such as invoice, packing list and quotation
- Prepare monthly sales report and stock report
- Liaise with Japan HQ/factory for coordination work
- Respond to any inquiries from clients

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience as Sales Coordinator doing order management
- Minimally Diploma
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Experience in MS Dynamics will be a plus but not necessary
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese will be a plus in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and Japanese speaking clients as well as liaising with Japan HQ (but not a must)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexible and supportive
- Able to complete contract of 9 months
