Job Description

- Responsible for overall performance of assigned kitchens
- Oversee preparation and production of food items
- Drive food quality assurance and process improvement
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure on time delivery
- Manage and uphold serviceability and hygiene integrity of kitchen infrastructure and equipment

Job Requirements

- Preferably 2-4 years in relevant experience (applicants with no experience but is willing to learn are welcomed)
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Meticulous, Team player with a positive attitude
