- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including payroll and incentive calculation
- Prepare Headcount Reports and Manpower Costing Reports
- Responsible for the GMS and E-Claims Project
- Review and update the Standard Operating Manual
- Prepare and update job description
- Manage campus recruitment
- Assist VP, Group HR in Strategic projects
- Review and update the organisation charts, photo charts and function charts in company group
- Handle company transport
- Min Degree holder in related field
- Min 1 year of relevant experience
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
