They are a global leader in the detailed engineering, fabrication and construction of offshore FPSO (floating production storage offloading) and FSO (floating storage offloading) topside modules as well as onshore plants and other sub-sea products for the oil and gas industries, They have yards spanning across Singapore and Malaysia, with presence in the Philippines, China and Brazil.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable.
- Perform billing (Eg: Tax invoices, Back charge, intercompany billing and etc)
- Prepare Statement of Accounts and send to customers
- Send reminder email for overdue invoices
- Update Cash Book and milestone report
- Download bank statements on daily basis to check receipts
- Liaise with bank to issue performance bond / bank guarantee to clients
- Knowledgeable in GST
- Assist in month-end closing (perform AR revaluation)
- Any other duties assigned
- Possess a Diploma in Accountancy
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in construction/shipyard industry
- Positive attitude and self-motivated, a team player
- Has knowledge and experience with JDE will be an advantage
