ClosedOur client is local general contractors in building construction including major upgrading works.
- Involvement with various hands-on work in general building, e.g. building work under the supervision of project manager / supervisor
- Perform all work according to work orders and load and unload materials as per requirement.
- Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material
- Assist welders, carpenters, painters or other tradespeople on-site
- Handle and transport materials and equipment
- Use power tools and machinery when needed
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
- Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads )
- General knowledge of construction operations and procedures
- Experience in operating power tools and machinery
