Our client incorporated in Singapore back in 1999, that positioned themselves as a Mechanical and Electrical Integrated Specialist that providing M & E Engineering Services and Facilities Maintenance, for residential, institutional, industrial, commercial, upgrading and other infrastructure development projects.

Job Description

- To take charge and lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance issues and meet contractual obligations.
- To deal matters with contractors (in-house and external), coordinate the project in order to keep the project in a state of good and operational conditions and in compliance of all relevant legislation, standards and requirements governing the maintenance and management of buildings in Singapore
- To ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are duly carried out
- To give recommendations on M&E and building services to enhance the reliability and feasibility to clients
- To monitor and check contractors' performance and ensure short down time and improve contractors' standard of work
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

- Minimum Degree in Facilities Management or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years working experience in Facilities Management
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Good working attitude, able to work under pressure
