Job Description

- Assist clients with their accident reporting
- Advise clients on the claims and repair procedure
- Follow up with workshop on status of repair and update clients
- Follow up with surveyors and insurance to ensure prompt payouts
- To assist with general queries from clients at reception counter
- Other duties as assigned
- 6 days work week (Mon-Fri 0845-1745, Sat 0845-1600, No overtime work)

Job Requirements

- Proficient in English/Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Enjoy interacting and helping clients
- Be able to effectively communicate with clients
- Motivated and driven personality
- Able to multi task
- Interest in automotive industry
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in motor car insurance companies
